He has a Master of Science degree (Petroleum Engineering) and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Texas in Austin (Petroleum Engineering). He is a Professional Engineer in the state of Texas (51611). Mr. Hollo has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas business. His experience includes employment with Dresser Atlas (Field Engineer, Alberta), Keplinger and Associates (Reservoir Engineer, Houston) and Sigma Energy Corporation (President/owner, Reservoir Engineering, Houston). Mr. Hollo has served as a founder and director of Aries Resources since inception. |

Mr. Helm has over 18 years of experience in the exploration and production business. His experience includes working for Pennzoil Exploration and Production Company (Gulf Coast Division Landman) and with Apache Corporation (Gulf Coast Region Land Manger). |

Mr. Lockwood has over 20 years of experience in the oil business. Previous employment includes Miller Energy (Exploration Manager), Transco Exploration Company (Senior Exploration Geologist), Capital Appraisal Group, Inc. (Petroleum Engineer/Appraiser), and Pend Orielle Oil and Gas Company (Staff Geologist). |
